No, you don’t need an ABN to sell as an individual. However, if you're a business or selling large volumes, having an ABN is recommended and may be required for invoicing and tax purposes.
Listing plants for sale on PlantArk is completely free. You can add as many listings as you like at no cost.

Each seller is responsible for managing their own shipping. You can specify shipping methods, costs, and timelines in your listing. Buyers will see this information before making a purchase.
Tracking depends on the shipping method selected by the seller. Many sellers offer tracked shipping and will provide tracking info once the order is dispatched.
If you wish to cancel or change your order, contact the seller as soon as possible. Always review the seller’s terms and conditions before purchasing. Most sellers are happy to accommodate changes, provided the order hasn’t been shipped.
If you're not satisfied with your order, please contact the seller directly to resolve the issue. If no resolution is reached, PlantArk Australia may assist both parties in finding a fair outcome.
Both the seller and the buyer share responsibility for complying with relevant laws, regulations, and restrictions. Each party must ensure they are aware of their legal obligations.
“Bare rooted” means the plant is shipped without soil. Many plant species tolerate this method well and can be replanted successfully. Be sure to follow the seller’s care instructions upon receiving the plant.
Tax invoices are not issued automatically. If needed, you can download your invoice from the “My Purchases” section on your Order Page.
