Q1. Can I buy plants without registering as a seller?
Answer: Yes you can buy as many plants/seeds as you like without becoming a seller. Just simply register with PlantArk as a customer.
Q2. How much does it cost to list plants for sale?
Answer: You can list as many plants as you like for free.
Q3. Who is responsible for the compliance?
Answer: Both, the seller and the buyer are responsible for making sure that they are not breaking any law, regulations or restrictions. Both parties need to be aware of their own responsibilities.
Q4. What happens if I am not happy with the plants/seeds I have received?
Answer: You need to get in touch with the seller and raise your concern. If an agreement is not reached, PlantArk Australia may help both parties to resolve any issues.
Q5. What happens if I have made a purchase and I want to change my mind.
Answer: We strongly recommend you get in touch with the seller and let him/her know as soon as possible. You should always thoroughly read every seller’s terms and conditions of sale, prior making any purchase. Most sellers are happy to make changes, as long as your order has not been shipped.
Q6. What does “bare rooted” mean?
Answer: “Bare rooted” means that plants are going to be shipped without any soil. Many plants can easily be uplifted from soil, shipped and re-planted again, without any problems. Always follow the seller’s recommendations on how to look after the plant once you have received it.
Q7. What if I need a tax invoice?
Answer: Tax invoices are not sent automatically. If you require a tax invoice, it can be downloaded from the Order Page in My Purchase page.
Q8. What type of payments do you accept?
Answer: You can pay by a credit card (Visa, Master).
